All IVÀN products are made to order. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
Delivery times
- Portugal & Spain: 2–4 business days
- Europe (EU): 4–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Free shipping
Free shipping on all orders over €65. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this amount, calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Returns
As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us SupportIvans@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.
Customized orders
Custom color or personalized orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
