1. Scope These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on www.ivan-store.com by any consumer located in France or the European Union.

2. Products All products are described as accurately as possible. Ivan-store reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.

3. Prices Prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of all applicable taxes (TTC). Ivan-store reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Ivan-store reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

5. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

6. Delivery Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. Ivan-store cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with French law, consumers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

8. Returns & Refunds Returned items must be in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

9. Warranties All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

10. Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. The consumer may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Applicable Law These terms are governed by French law.
